How do I schedule an appointment?

All appointments can be scheduled online through my booking system. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, you may book a Complimentary Video Consultation to discuss your goals and questions.

If you prefer a quick chat, you can text me at 510-350-6268, and we can arrange a brief phone call as soon as I’m available.

How can I download Jane's Mobile appointment app ?

When will I receive my intake and consent forms?

You’ll get your Intake Form and Informed Consent Form in your booking confirmation email right after you schedule.
Please try to fill them out at least 24 hours before your appointment, this gives me time to review everything and plan the best possible session for you.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement (coverage varies by plan).

I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services.

What is your cancellation policy?

To respect everyone’s time, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting.

Late cancellations may incur a fee $50.00
No-shows will be charged the full session amount

I truly understand that emergencies happen, please contact me as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
