A very relaxing, nurturing, and supportive massage technique consisting 0f slow, gentle, and repetitive wave-like movements to:

How long is the session and how many sessions do I need?

Length and frequency depends upon clients' focus and general health. Normally, I offer 30 minute, 1 hour, and 1 hour 30 minute sessions. Multiple sessions are recommended to see changes especially for detox or strengthen immune system.
